Santiago Alaniz is a partner in the San Antonio office.

He represents management in all aspects of labor and employment law. He counsels employers across the United States regarding labor-related matters including union organizing and certification campaigns.

He has assisted employers with collective bargaining negotiations, defended against unfair labor practice charges, objections to elections, and injunctions.

Santiago also represents employers in the litigation of discrimination, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and other employment-related claims.

Santiago was also included in “40 under 40” for 2013 by the San Antonio Business Journal. The award honors the top 40 business people in San Antonio under the age of 40.
