Seth Darmstadter is the Co-Founder of Michelman & Robinson, LLP’s (M&R’s) Chicago office and a member of M&R’s Commercial & Business Litigation Practice Group, handling complex commercial, employment and insurance coverage matters. He has successfully tried both bench and jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as commercial arbitration proceedings and labor arbitrations. He has favorably resolved a range of disputes, including breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, partnership disputes, commercial real estate litigation, restrictive covenant litigation, insurance coverage matters, employment conflicts, and tort actions.
