I currently serve as Senior Counsel at Paragon Legal, an innovative law firm providing senior attorneys on a project basis to the Fortune 500 and leading Bay Area companies.
I have practiced law for over 12 years, both in-house (in the mobile/wireless and semiconductor industries) and at a large international law firm (as both an IP and corporate associate). I have strong experience in IP licensing, product development, business strategy and operations, mergers and acquisitions, contract manufacturing and distribution. I have also served in a business development capacity for over 6 years.
I am fluent in Mandarin Chinese, and earned my JD-MBA from Santa Clara University. I am a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US).
