Shudan Zhou

Shudan is a member of the Wealth Planning Practice Group and advises on international and domestic tax, trust and estate planning matters for high net worth families. She has experiences in advising clients on the IRS Voluntary Disclosure programs and advising US citizens and long-term green card holders on the tax consequences of expatriation. Shudan is also heavily involved in advising trust companies, funds, financial institutions and individuals on all aspects of Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act ("FATCA") with a special focus on privately held structures with multi-jurisdictional concerns.
