Thomas W. Kellerman

Tom Kellerman is the managing partner of Morgan Lewis's Palo Alto office and is co-chair of the firm's Emerging Business & Technology Practice. He concentrates his practice on advising companies, investment banks, and venture capital funds focused on public offerings and private finance transactions, 1934 Act reporting obligations, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate governance matters within the technology industry.

Mr. Kellerman has experience in equity public offerings, venture capital and other private equity transactions, and securities compliance and corporate governance advice. He has represented issuers and underwriters in more than 75 public offerings and advised on more than 100 venture capital and other private placement transactions. Mr. Kellerman practiced for four years in London and has a particular expertise in cross-border transactions for technology companies.

He also frequently speaks and writes on topics related to his practice expertise. Mr. Kellerman teaches at the Director Education and Certification Program of the UCLA Anderson School of Business, and regularly speaks on corporate governance, securities, and finance issues.

Mr. Kellerman is admitted to practice in California.
