Tim Stephens concentrates on financial institutions litigation and other complex commercial litigation. Tim has represented clients in securities fraud and class actions, product liability actions, tax litigation, commercial real estate disputes and trademark infringement actions, among others. Tim has also defended automobile manufacturers in a wide range of disputes involving dealer terminations and dealer relocations. Tim is a member of the firm’s Financial Institutions Regulatory, Enforcement and Litigation Group.
