Victoria R. Danta handles all aspects of trademark infringement, trade dress infringement, false designation of origin, and unfair competition litigation in federal and state courts on behalf of brand owners. She also assists clients with domain name registration and counseling and handles U.S. trademark prosecution for international and domestic corporations and nonprofit organizations.

Ms. Danta has experience counseling Fortune 500 companies on international trademark enforcement, anti-counterfeiting, and brand protection, as well as preparing and filing domain name conflicts (UDRP) with the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) on behalf of such companies. In addition, she has obtained and executed ex parte seizure orders against counterfeiters under the federal Lanham Act, 15 U.S.C. § 1116(d).
