Ray Persons

is among the nation’s preeminent trial lawyers, whose practice focuses on complex litigation, including class actions, mass torts and product liability. He is a senior litigation partner, having been lead counsel in over 75 jury trials, 90 percent of which went to verdict. During the past five years, he has tried cases before juries in Florida, Washington, D.C., South Carolina, Alabama and Georgia. He is a frequent lecturer and presents papers on class actions, product liability and trial techniques across the country. He is a Past President of the Atlanta Bar Association, and past Chair of the Evidence Study Committee of the State Bar of Georgia.
