William J. Daley

William Daley is the Co-Leader of Kilpatrick Townsend’s Electronics and Software Practice Group and he focuses his practice on providing Intellectual Property counsel in the technology and software industry area.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Daley was a founding member of a Colorado-based law firm, where he offered intellectual property and business related legal services to entrepreneurs, inventors and small businesses.

Mr. Daley also worked as an associate in the Denver office of an intellectual property law firm, where he handled all aspects of patent preparation and prosecution for a variety of clients including industry leaders in the electrical and software arts. Prior to entering the field of law, he worked as an electrical technician and process control computer programmer for West Virginia-based Wheeling-Nisshin Inc.
