William Weiner is a partner in the Healthcare Practice Group and represents physicians and group practices as well as privately-held companies on matters of healthcare law. He focuses his practice on healthcare commercial transactions and provides a wide array of services for physicians and their practices, including advice on billing and reimbursement, corporate governance, medical staff and regulatory issues, licensing and credentialing, government audits, HIPAA/privacy, the corporate practice of medicine, and the sale, merger, and reacquisition of practices.

William's clients also include private equity firms, owners and operators of traumatic brain injury centers, nursing homes, federally qualified health centers, and large physician hospital organizations. William is also a frequent lecturer to medical staff and hospital administrators on regulatory and other issues, including those relating to practice acquisition and divestiture, and proposed joint ventures.
