William M. Doran

William M. Doran serves as a consultant to Morgan Lewis's Investment Management and Securities Industry Practice. Mr. Doran's practice focuses on project finance, both international and domestic, and on corporate finance and commercial work, including acquisitions and mergers and general advice to publicly held corporations.

Mr. Doran chaired the firm's International Project Finance Practice Group. Project financings included a $300 million project financing for a cement plant and port facility in Vietnam, a $300 million waste to energy project for a county in Pennsylvania, a $2.8 billion financing for a state turnpike authority, privatization projects in Estonia and Sri Lanka, and a $1.2 billion municipal water and wastewater revenue financing.
