Witold has experience with tax-efficient structures for foreign operations and investments by US companies and individuals, tax-efficient structures for investments by foreign companies and individuals in US operating businesses, tax treaty planning and US international tax reporting and compliance.

Witold has been active in advising investors and financial institutions and their clients on international tax enforcement initiatives, including the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA).
