Yoanna S. Binder

Yoanna Binder is a litigation partner in the Los Angeles office.

Ms. Binder handles complex commercial litigation in state and federal courts at the trial and appellate levels. She has significant experience in lengthy and complicated commercial litigation matters, including in bench trials and the arbitration of such matters. Her experience encompasses cases involving First Amendment issues, citations issued to skilled nursing facilities, insurance bad faith, false advertising, discrimination, wrongful termination, international litigation, and contract dispute issues.

Ms. Binder specializes in defending class actions and representative lawsuits brought under California's Unfair Competition Law, Business and Professions Code Sections 17200 et seq. ("UCL"), and is actively involved in all phases of litigation, from prelitigation counseling through trial and appeal. She also provides strategic advice to clients in connection with a variety of legal and regulatory matters.
