As a result of these transactions, Zack has extensive experience with most forms of senior secured and mezzanine debt.

Working with the firm’s Health Care Regulatory and Compliance practices, Zack provides single-source deal coverage for all aspects of loan transactions including commercial and regulatory legal due diligence, loan structuring and all aspects of loan documentation. He also handles cross-border debt transactions, as well as transactions involving letters of credit.

Zack is also experienced in fleet vehicle leasing as well as other types of equipment leasing and vendor financing products.
