Zina Deldar

Zina Deldar is an associate in the Employment Law practice of Paul Hastings and is based in the firm’s San Francisco office. Prior to joining the San Francisco office, Ms. Deldar practiced in the firm’s Chicago office. Ms. Deldar represents multinational companies in all aspects of employment law litigation and counseling. Her experience ranges from handling single plaintiff claims to class and collective actions involving Title VII, ADA, FLSA, FMLA, ADEA, and comparable state laws. She also has experience with charges of discrimination before federal and state agencies, including the EEOC, OFCCP, and state agencies, and has secured dismissals of complaints. Ms. Deldar has significant experience counseling clients on reductions in force and compliance with applicable federal and state laws. Ms. Deldar also represents pro bono clients in immigration proceedings and advises non-profits on employment law.
