Adam L. Shiff

Adam L. Shiff's practice focuses on all aspects of bankruptcy and restructuring, including representing debtors, formal and informal committees of creditors and equity securities holders, trustees, investors and purchasers of distressed businesses. Adam was highlighted by The Legal 500 2012 as an “effective and industrious lawyer” in the area of Finance: Corporate Restructuring. Adam received undergraduate degrees from The Wharton School and The College of Arts and Sciences of the University of Pennsylvania and his law degree cum laude from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was the Managing Editor of the The Tax Lawyer.
