Caryn Englander has an extensive background in real estate transactions and corporate real estate services. Caryn represents major corporations on a national basis in managing their real estate requirements and portfolios.

In addition to acquisitions and dispositions, she concentrates in representing both landlords and tenants in the drafting and negotiation of leases and related documentation including office, retail (both big box and in-line), warehouse and manufacturing facility leases. Caryn also counsels her clients on leasehold improvements, operational, financing, assignment, sublease and enforcement issues related to the landlord/tenant relationship and drafts and negotiates lease related documentation.

Caryn's clients have included a major international energy company; national and local retailers; a privately held movie theatre chain; commercial real estate asset managers, developers and fund advisors; private equity fund groups investing in national and international markets; office, retail and industrial landlords and tenants; and owners, investors and managers of office and retail properties in major metropolitan markets.
