Erica Hewes Weber

Erica Weber is an associate in the San Francisco office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm's Real Estate Group.

Ms. Weber represents a broad range of clients, including lenders, joint ventures, developers, opportunity funds and a variety of institutional and non-institutional investors. Her practice encompasses numerous real estate transactional matters such as acquisition and dispositions, lending and structured finance, private equity, workouts and restructurings, loan purchases and sales, and the formation of general and limited partnerships, limited liability companies and other joint ventures. Her matters involve a variety of asset types such as office buildings, hotels, shopping centers, undeveloped land, multi-family and mixed-use projects and other commercial and residential properties.

Ms. Weber received her J.D., with honors, from the University of Chicago Law School in 2006 and her B.A., magna cum laude, in History from Amherst College in 2002. While attending law school, she was co-chair of the Women's Mentoring Program.

Ms. Weber is a member of the State Bar of California. She is currently a member of Gibson Dunn's Diversity Committee. In the summer of 2010, she served as the coordinator of the San Francisco Summer Associate Program.
