Gregory P. L. Pierce has assisted in the financing, acquisition, disposition, development and sale-leaseback of billions of dollars in real estate properties in his nearly 30 years of practice. He represents lenders, borrowers, sellers, purchasers, developers and other parties in all aspects of real estate transactions, including the formation, management and liquidation of joint ventures, partnerships, limited liability companies, funds and other entities related to such transactions.

Greg has worked extensively on real estate and asset-based financings and workouts involving multiple types of properties and loans and represents real estate owners and developers in preparing and negotiating architectural, construction and development agreements for projects across the country.
