Haley Burton
is an associate in King & Spalding’s Charlotte office and a member of the Capital Transactions and Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on the representation of regional, national and international developers, private equity investors and institutional investors in all aspects of their real estate businesses. Ms. Burton regularly works on the acquisition, disposition, operation, leasing and financing of complex real estate based portfolios and single asset transactions. She also advises clients on land use matters including zoning related issues.
