Harold Y. Levy, Esq. is a graduate of the University of Florida and graduated Magna Cum Laude from New York Law School finishing in the top 3% of his class. While at New York Law School, Mr. Levy earned a Certificate of Merit for his work as a Notes and Comments Editor for the New York Law School Law Review.

In practice, Mr. Levy has worked as a real estate and property lawyer for over 9 years. Mr. Levy began his career at Sullivan & Cromwell, LLP, a top law firm in New York City, working as an associate in the Commercial Real Estate and Corporate & Finance Departments. During his tenure at Sullivan & Cromwell, and over the course of his legal career, Mr. Levy has represented numerous large-scale property owners, real estate companies, condominium and homeowners’ associations, banks and insurance companies. This experience has provided him with an insider’s perspective into a variety of real property, lending and insurance matters, making him very well-suited to serve the many consumers and businesses he now represents.
