Hawley R. Strait

Hawley is a member of Bernstein Shur’s Real Estate Practice Group. His practice includes all aspects of real estate law, with a focus on commercial and residential development, acquisitions, sales, financing and leasing. Since joining the firm in 2006, Hawley has regularly represented individuals, banking institutions and real estate developers in a wide array of transactions involving retail stores and shopping centers, office buildings, condominiums, wind power projects and other commercial developments throughout New England.
