Jennie B. Wynne

Jennie Wynne’s real estate practice concentrates on acquisition and disposition of shopping centers, office buildings and commercial and industrial facilities and representation of landlords and tenants in negotiation of office, warehouse, manufacturing and industrial leases and subleases. As part of her leasing practice, Ms. Wynne plays a supervisory role with respect to leasing matters for a client with hundreds of leased locations in the United States. Ms. Wynne counsels clients on issues related to land use, zoning and appurtenant rights, and she has significant experience in corporate real estate matters and leveraged leasing. In connection with complex matters, Ms. Wynne has a track record of team building to effectively and efficiently serve clients’ needs. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Wynne practiced for five years in the area of commercial litigation, specializing in construction and surety bond litigation. Having litigated numerous complicated cases to conclusion, including successfully arguing before the Missouri Supreme Court and reversing the Court of Appeals, Ms. Wynne brings the perspective of having litigated the provisions she is negotiating, which provides her real estate clients with the foresight necessary to minimize the risks of litigation down the road.
