William Yaro is a partner in the Finance Group of Shearman & Sterling. He represents investors, borrowers and lenders in various structured financings and secured financings, including cross-border transactions, lease financings.

Bill Matchneer is a member of Bradley Arant’s Financial Services Litigation and Compliance Team. Bill’s practice focuses on matters involving the CFPB, HUD, manufactured housing finance, and other governmental agencies.

Bill McCormack is the global head of the Project Development & Finance Group and the managing partner of the Singapore office. He is also a member of the Firm’s 9-member Policy Committee.

William’s principal area of practice is public finance. He has experience with both taxable and tax exempt financing, including long term revenue debt and short term debt programs, such as commercial paper and private place notes.

William Bill P. McElveen Jr. joined Adams and Reese in 2013 as a Partner following the firms expansion into Columbia. He is Chairman of the Firms Executive Committee.
