Andrew Schultz is a partner in the firm’s New York office and a member of the Real Estate and Land Use Practice Group. Mr. Schultz has extensive experience in real estate law.

Andrew's practice has an emphasis on wetlands, protected species, marine resources, waterfront and offshore facilities and structures, and vessel issues arising under the Clean Water Act, Endangered Species Act, National Environmental Policy Act.
