Will represents institutions, pension funds, REITs, public and private companies, investors, funds and developers in all aspects of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including the sale, acquisition and development of office buildings, multi-family residential projects, warehouses, industrial facilities, hotels and shopping centers. He also counsels borrowers and lenders in mortgage and construction loan transactions, restructuring and workouts, as well as publicly traded companies in the real estate aspects of corporate mergers and acquisitions, and landlords and tenants in commercial lease negotiations.
