William J. Clemens is an electrical engineer and patent attorney registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.Bill has practiced intellectual property law for more than 40 years.

William J. Dorsey, a partner in the firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, practices in the areas of creditors’ rights, real estate, complex commercial and intellectual property litigation.

William J. Marsden, Jr. is the founder and former Managing Principal in Fish & Richardson P.C.’s Delaware office. He also served on the firm’s nationwide Management Committee.

Will's practice focuses primarily on intellectual property litigation, including trademark and trade dress, copyright, and patent matters. Will has assisted clients in a wide variety of Internet-related matters.

William R. Clayton maintains a national civil trial practice, having tried more than 100 cases in state and federal courts, and has won more than $100 million in jury verdicts (for both plaintiff and the defense).

Bill has more than 35 years of experience serving as lead counsel in intellectual property matters for both U.S. and international companies on cases under the U.S. Lanham Act, including trademark infringement and false advertising.

Mr. Siegel joined the Firm in 2006 and became a patent attorney in 2007. Mr. Siegel specializes in preparing and prosecuting patent applications in the electrical and mechanical arts.
