Richard B. Aldridge is a partner in Morgan Lewis's Business and Finance Transactions Practice and serves as co-chair of the Group's Mergers and Acquisitions Practice.

Stephen A. Jannetta is a partner at Morgan Lewis and has been a manager of the Business and Finance Practice in the Philadelphia office. He is currently a deputy practice group leader for the firmwide Business and Finance Practice.

He regularly assists those clients in connection with structuring, negotiating, and analyzing the risk inherent in a wide range of derivative products, including equity, debt, credit, commodity, interest rate, and currency derivatives.
